Staff
Professional service staff are available as per your instructions. A minimum
engagement of 4 hours is required. Our recommendation is they commence at
least 45 minutes prior to guest arrival.
Equipment
We can arrange the hire, delivery and return of all crockery, cutlery, napery,
chairs, tables and heating equipment. Prices are available on application.
Please note we are not responsible for breakages, damage to, or loss of,
any equipment. It is a requirement that all equipment be returned in a clean
state. We reserve the right to charge for any costs arising from failure to
observe these conditions.
Beverages
Under the terms of our liquor licence, alcoholic drinks can be arranged,
to be supplied ancillary to the food as required. Please refer to our
Beverage Menu for some of the more popular offerings.
